History
Anderson Dos Santos CEO and Founder of Northeast Framing Inc. A successful construction business owner of who came from the farms with no education. He was born in rural Divinolândia De Minas - MG - Brazil and grew up working on his family's farm. He started working at a young age and had no formal education.
In his late teens, Mr. Dos Santos migrated to the United States and worked odd jobs, including construction work. He eventually started his own construction company, initially doing small projects. With 21 years of experience in the construction industry. As his reputation grew, he began to take on larger projects and hire additional workers.

Despite facing challenges such as language barriers and limited resources, Anderson worked hard to grow his business, learned the language. He focused on providing quality work and excellent customer service, which led to repeat business and referrals.
Today, Mr. Dos Santos construction company is a thriving business with dozens of employees and a portfolio of successful projects. In partnership with Local#723, Local#04, Local#478, Anderson is known for his dedication to his work and his business partners and employees, and he continues to inspire others with his success story of starting from difficult beginnings on the farms with no education, no television, and a very poor family with absolutely no resources.
His success story is an inspiration to many and shows that with hard work, determination, and a willingness to take risks. Anderson see’s himself as a motivator. He strongly believes anyone can achieve their dreams, even if they come from humble beginnings on the farms like himself.
